How to Download & Edit Your File
Follow these steps carefully. You will either download the file directly from the website or retrieve it from an email.
Step 1: Access the File

Step 2: Open the File
Go to the "Downloads" folder on your computer (or the location where files are saved).
Find the downloaded file and Open it.
Step 3: Open in Canva
Once the file is open, you will see a prompt or a link. Click> Here (listed on the file).
The file will then automatically open in Canva in your web browser.
Step 4: Prepare to Edit
In Canva, immediately rename the file to avoid confusion with the original.
You can now begin editing the design.
Important Note: If your order contains multiple pages, you will need to repeat Steps 3 and 4 for every single page.
